Limassol Marathon - Cyprus, has teamed up with www.joggingbuddy.com to give its runners access to the rapidly growing network of runners on its website. The event on 28 Feb 2010, is the only IAAF and AIMS accredited Marathon race on the island and Cyprus Sports Association (KOEAS)'s official Marathon race is expected to be a true international event that is going to attract thousands from Cyprus and abroad.

The event will consist of four races: The Marathon Race, Half Marathon Race, 10 K and 2 K kids fun race.

The organizers promise is to deliver a professional event abiding by the highest international standards. As they say, the event will be a memorable one, not only for its high sports specifications but also because of the atmosphere that will be created by the various events that are planned to run parallel to the race and are expected to bring the Limassolians to the streets, either to take part in the races or to cheer on the athletes, who will be competing.
