BREAST CANCER CARE TO PARTNER WITH JOGGINGBUDDY.COM
Breast Cancer Care is to partner with the website JoggingBuddy.com to promote its range of running events it was announced today.
JoggingBuddy will aim to encourage its ever growing database of runners to fundraise for the charity which supports people affected by breast cancer. In return, Breast Cancer Care will promote the JoggingBuddy platform and tools to its existing network of runners and fundraisers.
Talking about the partnership, Jogging Buddy founder, Tony Piedade said, “ Every year we partner with a leading charity to offer our support and open up our network of runners. I am very excited about working with Breast Cancer Care, it’s a great organisation providing fantastic support.”
Claire Pulford, Breast Cancer Care’s Head of Events said, “We are very lucky to have a large number of dedicated supporters who take part in running events all over the country. Many of them train for several months and it’s hard to keep your motivation going when you are running long distances on your own. So by working with Jogging Buddy we are hoping to help them find other people to run with.”
The website will feature the latest information about Breast Cancer Care’s events alongside the stories and experiences of people who are already running for the charity.
