British International 800m runner Richard Hill supports JoggingBuddy.com

Richard Hill ones of Britain's hopefuls for the 2012 Olympics and a highly accomplished 800m runner supports JoggingBuddy's mission to get more people running.
Richard said" JoggingBuddy is a unique and practical way that we can all enjoy our passion that little bit more by sharing our runs with other people. This not only motivates everyone but keeps a sense of camaraderie and a great group atmosphere."
JoggingBuddy.com was launched in September 2008 as a FREE service to help runners and joggers find other people near where they live to go running with. Since Launch the website now has members in 63 Countries and growing rapidly.
Its founder Tony Piedade Said "Its great to have JoggingBuddy being recognized and supported by the likes of Richard, I know that most of us will never reach such a high level of fitness as he has, but we all fundamentally want to be fit - joggingBuddy just helps sprinkle a little more fun into the equation."
JoggingBuddy.com aims to provide a comprehensive range of advice for members of its website, whether you are looking for a training programme, advice on preventing injuries or some advice on nutrition, JoggingBuddy publishes free articles from a range of sources to help its community of runners. Recent contributions include those from Dame Kelly Holmes, Christopher McDougall, Author of the International best seller "born to run" and will shortly be adding Liz yelling to the list of contributors to its website.
Richard Hill now trains full time and knows only too well about the need to ensure there is a right balance of training, rest and "fuel" to ensure he is race ready and in top shape for every event.
